Each session is typically 50 minutes, giving you time to talk through what's on your mind in a safe, confidential space.

It varies. Some people benefit from 6-8 sessions, others need longer support. We review together and adjust based on your progress and needs.

Yes. We only share information if you or someone else is at serious risk. We'll always discuss this with you first. Everything else stays between you and your counsellor.

We offer discounts (means-tested) for local residents. Options discussed at enquiry. Self-referrals: payment is on or before assessment.

Yes. Ask your GP to refer you. We aim to link you to a counsellor within a month. Times vary. You can also self-refer by calling us on 07926 436635 or filling in the contact form below.

Yes. Schools can refer students directly. See our For Professionals page for the referral form and process.

We primarily support children aged 5-18, adults, and families. If your child is under 5, please call us on 07926 436635 to discuss the best support options available.
